Terms and conditions.

1. Coaching and Safety

  • All our coaches hold a valid Working With Children Check, as required by NSW law.

  • For safety, all players must wear shin pads to every session.

  • Football is a physical sport, and while we take every precaution, participation is at your own risk. Ballers United cannot accept liability for any injuries.

2. Player Requirements

  • All players must wear shin pads during training and matches.

  • Appropriate footwear (football boots or trainers) must be worn at all times.

  • Players are expected to bring a water bottle and be prepared for outdoor conditions.

3. Risk and Liability

  • Football is a physical sport that carries an inherent risk of injury.

  • Participation in Ballers United sessions is entirely at the player’s own risk.

  • Ballers United, its coaches, and affiliates accept no liability for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during training, matches, or associated activities.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure their child is fit and healthy to participate.

4. Photography and Marketing

  • We love celebrating our players' progress! By signing up, you give consent for Ballers United to take photos and videos for marketing and social media. If you’d prefer otherwise, just let us know.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Sessions may be cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule where possible.

  • If a player misses a session, we encourage them to join a make-up session where possible.

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of long-term injury or exceptional circumstances — just reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We foster a positive environment — players are expected to listen, try their best, and show respect to coaches and teammates.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a player being asked to have a ‘time-out’ or, in serious cases, being removed from the programme.

  • Parents are expected to encourage fair play and positive sportsmanship.

7. Legal Compliance

  • Ballers United adheres to all relevant NSW child protection laws and safety regulations.

  • By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
